1. Who we are

Algohorse ("we", "us") provides data-driven horse-racing analysis and tips via this website and connected apps (the "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.

3. Not financial advice, no guarantee

Our tips are statistical analysis and opinion generated by a model. They are not financial, investment or betting advice, and nothing on the Service is a promise or guarantee of profit. Betting carries risk; past performance does not guarantee future results. All decisions, and all losses, are your own.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; unless you cancel under clause 5 below, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Free trial. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. We take your payment details at sign-up and, unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a paid plan at the price shown at checkout and you are charged then. You can cancel at any point during the trial from your account settings and you will not be charged.

5. Your 14-day right to cancel, and refunds

Because you buy online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of the contract starting, without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day the paid subscription begins (for a trial, from the day it converts and you are first charged).

To cancel under this right, tell us in a clear statement — email hello@algohorse.com is fine, or use our contact page. We will refund what you paid within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method.

One deduction applies, and only if you ask us to: by starting or continuing to use the Service during the cancellation period you are asking us to begin supplying it immediately, and we may keep a proportionate amount for the days you had access before cancelling. If you have not used the Service at all in that period, you get a full refund.

Outside the 14 days we do not give refunds for part-used billing periods — you cancel, and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing here affects your rights if the Service is faulty or not as described.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute or scrape our tips or data, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully. Access is for your personal use.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for missed selections due to downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
